The client portal has retired
What changed
The client portal at portal.moonfactory.dev was retired on 6 September 2026. It no longer accepts logins, and its pages and interfaces are gone. Everything the portal did for you is now done somewhere a person already is.
How we work now
Everything is serviced through Slack. You have a channel. Work is requested in it, delivery and notices arrive in it, and a person answers you there — not a queue and not a form.
Response times and coverage follow the service agreement for your plan. If you are unsure which applies to you, ask in your channel and we will tell you.
Your data
Nothing was deleted. What the portal held is retained, encrypted at rest, and backed up.
To request a copy of your data, or its erasure, email hello@moonfactory.dev. We respond within 30 days. Project files and deliverables are typically retained for two years after project completion unless otherwise agreed, and erasure requests are honoured subject to legal retention requirements. This matches our privacy policy, which is unchanged.
What runs behind the work
The work itself runs on kanbani, a control center in which every action taken on your behalf is a card on a board. Nothing consequential happens on its own: pushes, merges, deploys, and anything that changes infrastructure wait for a human to approve them, one at a time.
Destructive actions require the name of the target to be typed back before they run. Every action is recorded. The board is the record.
The affiliate program
The affiliate program is frozen. Existing referral links continue to resolve, no new applications are being accepted, and the program is not being administered while the freeze holds.
Links that used to work
- Magic-link login. No longer exists. There is no account to sign in to and no password to reset.
- QR codes printed before 6 September 2026. These do not resolve at present. They will resolve again when the replacement resolver ships.
