Projects
The Projects page shows you the active work we have in flight for you — bigger pieces of work made up of many smaller tasks.
What you'll see
Open Projects from your dashboard. You'll see two areas:
- Projects — bundles of related work, each with a name, description, target date, and progress percentage.
- Standalone tasks — individual items that don't belong to a larger project.
For each project you'll see:
- The project name and short description.
- The current state — usually "in progress," "planned," "completed," or "paused."
- A progress bar showing how far through it is.
- The target date if one was set.
- The lead — your main point of contact for that work.
- The tasks inside it.
Task statuses
Each task carries one of these statuses, shown as a colored badge:
- Backlog — captured but not scheduled yet.
- To do — scheduled and waiting to be picked up.
- In progress — actively being worked on right now.
- Completed — done.
- Canceled — won't be done after all (with the reason in the task notes).
The summary at the top of the page tells you how many tasks are in progress and how many are completed across all your projects.
Refreshing the view
Project data refreshes automatically when you load the page. If you want to make sure you're seeing the very latest, click the Refresh button.
Requesting changes or new work
The Projects page is read-only — it shows you what's planned and how it's progressing. To request changes to existing work or kick off something new:
- Open Support from your dashboard.
- Submit a new ticket describing what you'd like.
- Our team will reply, scope the work, and once it's confirmed, the new project or task will appear in your Projects page.
This keeps everything in one written trail so nothing falls through the cracks.
How updates flow
When tasks change status — moving from "to do" to "in progress," for example — the Projects page updates automatically the next time you load it. For bigger milestones, your project lead will usually email or message you directly so you don't have to refresh the page to find out.
