Email accounts
The Email page shows you the email accounts running on your domains and the underlying settings that keep your emails delivering reliably.
Viewing your email accounts
Open Email from your dashboard to see every email account on your domains. For each one you'll see:
- The email address (such as hello@yourcompany.com).
- An optional display name — the name that appears when you send a message.
- The type of mailbox — a full inbox or a forwarder.
- The provider powering it (Hostinger, Google Workspace, or Microsoft 365).
- The current status — active, suspended, etc.
- Storage used and quota, if it applies.
- For forwarders, the forwarding address.
Setup instructions
Click any email account to open its details, then choose Setup instructions. You'll get step-by-step guides for connecting the account to:
- Apple Mail (Mac and iPhone)
- Gmail
- Outlook
- Thunderbird
- Any other app that supports standard email settings
The instructions include the server addresses and ports your email program needs.
Where to get the password
For security, the portal never displays mailbox passwords. To get the password for an account — for example, when setting up a new phone — submit a support ticket and your account manager will share it through a secure channel.
Email DNS health
Below the account list you'll see DNS Health. This is where we show you whether the technical settings that prove your email is legitimate are configured correctly for each of your domains.
For each domain, you'll see indicators for:
- MX — tells the internet where to deliver email sent to your domain.
- SPF — lists the services allowed to send email on your behalf.
- DKIM — adds a tamper-proof signature to your messages so receiving inboxes can verify they really came from you.
- DMARC — tells receiving inboxes what to do with anything that fails the checks above.
Together, these records dramatically reduce the chance of your emails being marked as spam, and they protect your domain from being used by impostors.
A green indicator means everything is in order. A warning means we've spotted a setting that could be improved. We monitor these automatically and will reach out if anything serious needs your attention.
Troubleshooting
Emails aren't being delivered Check the DNS Health panel for any warnings on the sending domain. If everything looks healthy and the problem continues, submit a ticket with the recipient's email address and the date and time of the message you're trying to send.
I can't receive email Check that the account status is active and that you haven't run out of storage. If both are fine, send us a ticket — we can check whether anything is being filtered or bounced upstream.
I forgot the password Submit a support ticket. We'll reset the password and share the new one securely.
Setup keeps failing on my phone or computer Open the account in the portal, go to Setup instructions, and double-check the server addresses and ports. If you're entering everything correctly and it still won't connect, send us a ticket — we'll help you sort it.
