The MoonFactory portal is a single place to manage your digital presence with us. From here you can talk to our team, grab files, see how your website is performing, manage your domains, and stay on top of billing — all without sending another "Hey, can you send me…" email.
What you can do
The portal brings together everything we look after for you. Here's what's available from your dashboard.
Support tickets
Submit a request, follow its progress, and reply to our team in one place. Every conversation stays connected to its original ticket so nothing gets lost in your inbox.
Files
Download the deliverables we've created for you, and upload your own files when we need source material — logos, photos, copy, anything. Files up to 50 MB are supported.
Domains and DNS
See the domains we manage for you and the DNS records that point them to the right places. Some clients have view-only access; others can edit records directly. Either way, the portal shows you what's set up.
View the email accounts on your domains, see setup instructions for connecting them to your phone or computer, and check that the underlying email settings are healthy.
Hosting
See your websites at a glance — which ones are live, where they're hosted, and any services we run for you behind the scenes.
Site maintenance
For WordPress sites, see a record of the automated maintenance we run to keep things secure, fast, and up to date.
Plugins
See the MoonFactory plugins running on your sites and the version each one is on.
Analytics
See how your website is performing — visitors, page views, where people are coming from, and what they look at — over the last day, week, month, or quarter. Available on websites where we've enabled traffic reporting.
Billing
View your invoices, see what's been paid, what's outstanding, and click through to pay any open invoice online.
Projects
Track active projects and the work happening on them, so you always know what's in flight.
Articles
Review and approve articles we've written for you before they go out. You can approve them as-is or send them back with notes.
QR codes
Generate QR codes for your campaigns, save designs as presets, and see how often each code is being scanned.
Atlas (your AI assistant)
Chat with Atlas, an AI helper that knows about your account and can answer common questions about your services without waiting on the team.

If something isn't working or you're not sure where to find what you need, the fastest path is:

We aim to reply quickly during business hours, with priority going to anything marked Urgent.
